Proposed proactive greening regulation published
Kanach Yerevan has prepared a draft city regulation to legalize proactive greening. It allows residents to plant trees in vacant spots, provided they meet the requirements for sapling quality and work standards. Currently, such unauthorized planting is prohibited, and trees are simply removed by the greening department. We aim to transform this approach into a mutually beneficial cooperation between residents and the city.
